Install from your Shopify account
Blind Spot can identify the store and create its protected workspace.
Install on Shopify- Open the install link while signed in to the Shopify store you want to protect.
- Review the app permissions and approve the installation.
- Return to Blind Spot Monitor inside Shopify Admin.

Prove one customer path
Your first monitor is based on a real response from the live target.
- Open Monitors and choose New monitor.
- Start with a public storefront, product, cart, or checkout-reachability URL.
- Run the live preflight. Create the monitor only after the expected response passes.

Choose where an incident goes
A real person can receive the alert when a monitored path fails.
- Open Alert routes and add an email destination.
- Use an inbox that someone actively watches during selling hours.
- Keep a webhook or second destination for later; one verified route is enough to start.

Run the Fire Drill
The setup is complete only when the test message reaches the intended inbox.
- Open Settings and choose Run a Fire Drill.
- Confirm the branded test notification arrives in the connected inbox.
- Return to the app and verify the latest Fire Drill shows a completed delivery.
Optional paid-traffic setup
Bring Meta or Google only after the monitoring loop works.
Guided onboarding can review provider access, destination discovery, campaign mapping, and Shadow mode. Blind Spot does not arm a pause rule without explicit merchant confirmation.

The prepared email asks only for the store domain, the path you want protected, your alert type, and where you are stuck.
