Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must have authority to act for the business and accounts you connect. You are responsible for accurate account information, authorized users, credentials under your control, and activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. The monitoring service

BlindSpot checks merchant-selected public endpoints, scripts, status pages, and related revenue paths, then records incidents and routes notifications according to your configuration. Monitoring and alerts are aids to your operations; they do not guarantee uninterrupted service, detection of every failure, delivery of every notification, or prevention of loss.

3. Acceptable use

You may configure only targets, stores, destinations, and connected services you are authorized to access. You may not use the Service to probe private systems without permission, evade access controls, introduce malicious traffic, interfere with others, violate law, or infringe third-party rights. We may limit or suspend unsafe use.

4. Connected services and Ads Guardrails

If you connect Meta Ads, Google Ads, Slack, Shopify, or another third-party service, you authorize BlindSpot to access that service only as needed for the features you configure. You remain responsible for your provider accounts and for complying with their terms.

Ads Guardrails begins in non-mutating Shadow mode. By selecting Armed mode and accepting its consent statement, you instruct BlindSpot to pause campaigns you explicitly allowlist when a selected monitor opens an eligible verified incident and to resume only campaigns BlindSpot recorded as paused for that incident. You are responsible for reviewing the selected accounts, campaigns, monitors, campaign status, budgets, spend, kill-switch state, and recovery. You can disable the automation or revoke provider access, subject to first recovering any campaigns BlindSpot still records as paused.

Provider APIs, credentials, permissions, rate limits, review status, and availability are controlled by third parties. BlindSpot is not responsible for provider outages, delayed or rejected API actions, provider-account restrictions, or advertising results.

5. Fees and subscriptions

Paid features are billed through the applicable platform or checkout shown to you. Prices, billing intervals, trial terms, and cancellation controls are presented before purchase. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already incurred are non-refundable. Downgrading or canceling may disable paid features or reduce service limits.

6. Intellectual property and feedback

The Service, excluding your data and third-party materials, belongs to BlindSpot Apps and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process information. Instructions for disconnecting providers and requesting deletion are at Data Deletion.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, provider or platform requirements, or conduct that threatens the Service or others. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. BlindSpot Apps and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, advertising spend, or business opportunity arising from the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service or applicable requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
